Below is a summary of qualifications that ACI requires for a professional forester.

Description:
Duties include timber cruising, timber valuation, assisting in timberland appraisals and GIS processing. Position will entail travel throughout the Pacific Northwest, California and Alaska; with a majority of the travel occurring in Western Oregon and Western Washington. Position requires ownership of a dependable 4 wheel drive vehicle. Atterbury does not supply vehicles for field work. Atterbury will pay mileage for vehicle use.

Education and experience requirements:
Degree in Forestry or Natural Resources will be highly considered. Timber valuation or appraisal experience preferred but not required. Strong leadership, communication and writing skills.
