Washington State sales tax:
Atterbury Consultants, Inc. is required to collect sales tax from Washington State residents based on the shipping destination. This tax includes state, county, and local taxes. If your shipping address is in Washington and you are tax exempt, please explain your tax exemption status in the customer comments dialog box. We will then adjust the taxes accordingly.

We do our best to ensure current and accurate pricing. We will not charge a higher price than what is quoted on checkout, but we reserve the right to cancel the transaction in the event of an error on price quotation.
Any information collected from customers by Atterbury Consultants, Inc. is treated as confidential information and will not be shared, sold, or displayed to other companies or individuals. Printed information is shredded when disposed. We respect our customer's privacy and make every attempt to keep their information private and secure.
Atterbury Consultants, Inc. uses Secure Socket Layer protocol and data encryption to protect your order data. When an order is placed, you will be on a secure site. This can be confirmed by the change to the HTTPS:// header from the HTTP://. In addition, on Internet Explorer, you will see a padlock icon at the bottom of your screen indicating that the communication between your computer and our server is secure. Once your order is placed, it is stored in an encrypted format. Credit card information is purged on a regular basis.
Warranty and Return Policy:
Third party defective merchandise may be returned to the manufacturer under the manufacturer's warranty. Please refer to the warranty card that comes with the item. Atterbury Consultants, Inc. is unable to honor third party warranties. Defective items manufactured by Atterbury Consultants, Inc. may be returned to us for remedy. Atterbury Consultants, Inc. does not warranty damage from misuse, abuse, neglect, or excessive use. Atterbury Consultants, Inc. does not offer any additional warranties, either express, or implied. Only items that have been purchased within thirty days, are unused, and in resalable condition may be returned to us for refund. A restocking fee may apply.
Seminar Cancellation Policy:
Registration fees will be refunded only if a notice of cancellation is received at least seven days prior to the scheduled seminar date. Substitution of personnel is recommended in lieu of cancellation. If the minimum requirement for attendance is not met, the seminar will be canceled, and the registration fee will be refunded.
